Kawasaki prairie 650 top speed

When I purchase this atv I was told it was a 700 but after investigating I discovered the 2003 only came in 650. The engine ran good but super rich. Black smoke and the plugs fouled. I ordered a jet rebuild kit from outlaw racing. Replaced pilot jets and main jets etc that came with the kit. Cleaned the carbs.

Prairie 360 revs high but goes slow (45mph) My fiance purchased a 360 about 2 years ago and it has ran perfectly ever since. Of course it is hard to crank when cold but I figure that its just a Kawi. Knock is rpm related, and sounds similar to shift noise when bike is first started and put in reverse or forward gears.
